Overview
TalFoundry is an innovative platform that seamlessly connects businesses with a global network of independent professionals and agencies. By simplifying the process of finding and collaborating with cloud experts, TalFoundry empowers growing businesses to enhance their operations through top-tier talent and agency partnerships.
Challenge
Despite having an existing web presence, TalFoundry faced challenges with an outdated design that no longer met the demands of its expanding user base. The primary objectives were to overhaul the design to be more modern and user-friendly, while also ensuring the platform's resiliency and scalability for future growth.
Our first step was to initiate the redesign of their website. With a clear understanding of the client’s vision and user requirements, we streamlined users journey within the platform.
Enhancing User Experience
In continuation with the website overhaul, we turned our focus to TalFoundry's web app, targeting UX enhancements for a frictionless experience.
We simplified the onboarding process for both Freelancers and Hirers, markedly reducing setup time and complexity.
Empty dashboards were transformed into resourceful hubs. Freelancers now receive personalized job recommendations, tips, and insights into top Hirers. Hirers are greeted with 'TalFoundry's Picks', skill exploration, and role-based searches to connect with elite talent.
The job posting experience for Hirers has been refined for clarity and efficiency, facilitating a smoother talent acquisition process.
We extracted the analytics function from the dashboard, dedicating a separate space for in-depth performance insights.
These upgrades were meticulously validated through user testing to ensure they addressed real user needs and pain points.
